TERMS
Terms of Sale
Get It, Got It, Good! is the store brand. The seller of record for every purchase is the merchant named in the Seller section of this page and on your order confirmation. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
Where we ship: we deliver to addresses across Canada except Quebec (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon). We don't ship to Quebec yet, and we don't ship outside Canada. Checkout will not accept a Quebec or non-Canadian delivery address.
Delivery estimate: We process orders in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 7–14 days (remote areas can take longer). Deliveries to remote and northern areas (Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Labrador and other remote postal codes) can take longer. We email tracking once the carrier scans your parcel.
Sales tax: we charge GST or HST based on your delivery province or territory (13% HST in Ontario; 15% HST in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island; 14% HST in Nova Scotia; 5% GST in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon). Tax applies to the goods and to shipping. We do not charge provincial sales tax (PST or RST). The exact tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Before payment, the checkout shows the products, quantities, subtotal, shipping, applicable tax, total price, seller contact information and the estimated delivery time. You can return to the cart or edit checkout fields before submitting the order.
Orders are subject to payment approval, inventory availability, address validation, fraud review and an eligible trackable fulfillment route. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, the merchant will resolve the order by replacement, rerouting, cancellation or refund as appropriate.
Import charges: Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) may assess import duty and sales tax on any parcel, and Canada Post charges a handling fee when it collects them. Canada's C$20 low-value exemption for mailed goods generally does not apply to goods bought from a Canadian store and shipped from abroad, so we can't promise a parcel won't be assessed. Any import duty, tax or handling fee is paid by you to Canada Post on delivery; it is not part of our checkout total and we don't refund it.
The merchant may use third-party service providers for payment processing, fulfillment, shipping and transactional email. The merchant remains the seller responsible for the customer relationship.
Cancelling before delivery: if your order has not been delivered within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date shown at checkout, you may cancel it at any time before it is delivered by contacting us, and we will refund everything you paid within 15 days of your cancellation notice. This is a right under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and we honour it for customers in every province and territory we ship to. The consumer protection law where you live may give you additional rights, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
Credit card chargebacks: if you paid by credit card and you cancel under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 but we do not refund you within 15 days, you can ask your credit card issuer to reverse the charge. Similar chargeback rights exist under other provinces' and territories' consumer protection laws.
Your copy of this agreement: after you pay, we email you a copy of the agreement (your order details, prices, seller information and these policies). You can also print this page.
Questions or complaints: contact us at the email or phone number in the Seller section and include your order number. We will reply as soon as we can. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you can contact the consumer protection office for your province or territory (in Ontario, Consumer Protection Ontario at ontario.ca/consumerprotection).
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
RETURNS
Returns and Problems
Unused products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days after delivery after return authorization, subject to any clearly disclosed product-specific exclusion and applicable statutory rights.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Return shipping is free when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items should be reported to support promptly with the order number and enough information to investigate the issue.
Refund timing after approval depends on the payment processor and the customer’s financial institution.
Authorized returns are sent to: 58 Howe Drive, Unit 6, Kitchener, ON N2E 0G4, Canada. Please do not send items without a return authorization.
PRIVACY
Privacy Notice
Checkout information is collected to process payment, fulfill and deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide customer support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and operate the store.
Only information reasonably needed for those purposes is collected.
Necessary order information is shared with service providers acting for the merchant, including: Stripe processes payments, and card details are entered on Stripe Checkout and are not received or stored by this store; Resend delivers order and support email (your email address and the message content); CJ Dropshipping fulfills and ships orders and receives the recipient name, shipping address and phone number; Cloudflare provides content delivery and security for the website and may provide aggregate, cookie-free web performance analytics; the store and its order database are hosted on DigitalOcean servers in Toronto, Canada. CJ Dropshipping passes shipping details to the delivery carrier, and information may also be shared with professional advisers where needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.
The store also uses its own first-party analytics to understand which pages and products are viewed and how many visits lead to orders. It uses a random identifier stored in your browser rather than advertising cookies, does not store IP addresses for analytics (IP addresses are used only briefly in memory to limit abuse), and does not share analytics data with advertisers (apart from the advertising-measurement events described in the next paragraph).
Advertising measurement: to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and orders, the store uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms), and only after you accept marketing cookies. The banner offers Accept or Decline, that choice is remembered in this browser, and the footer has a Decline link so you can change it. Until you accept, your browser does not load the Meta Pixel and the store does not send your visit, cart or order to Meta. After you accept, your browser loads Meta's pixel script and Meta receives the page you view, product views, add-to-bag, checkout start and purchase events (product, value in CAD and order number), along with your IP address, browser details and Meta cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta link). Our server sends Meta the same events with the same event id so they are counted once, and a purchase is sent only when that order was placed with this consent. When you place an order, the server also sends your email, phone number, city, province, postal code and country, each hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves our server, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. Meta may use this information under its own Data Policy and processes it in the United States and other countries. Visits detected as automated are not sent. Test orders are not sent as live purchases. To opt out, use Decline marketing cookies in the footer, or turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser: the store then does not load the Meta Pixel and does not send your visit, cart or order events to Meta. You can also block third-party cookies, and manage ad settings in your Meta account (facebook.com/adpreferences).
Messages sent through the contact form are stored so they can be answered and are used only for customer support.
Promotional email is optional and requires separate consent: we send it only to people who tick the unticked sign-up box, and never because of a past purchase. When you sign up we record the date and time, where you signed up (checkout or the sign-up form) and the wording you agreed to. Every promotional email has a one-click unsubscribe link that works without logging in. When you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list so we do not send you promotional email again unless you sign up again. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional order messages.
Where your information goes: some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada. Stripe, Resend and Cloudflare, and Meta (for advertising measurement), operate in the United States and other countries, and CJ Dropshipping operates in China, where your shipping details are used to pack and send your order. Information handled outside Canada is subject to the laws of those countries, and authorities there may be able to access it.
How long we keep it: order and payment records (order details, shipping address, payment and refund records) are kept for six years, as Canadian tax law requires, and then deleted. Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue. Analytics data uses a random identifier, not your name or email.
Your choices: you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. You can also withdraw consent to optional uses at any time. Email us from the address on your order and we will reply within 30 days.
Privacy contact: the owner, named in the Seller section, is responsible for privacy at this store. Contact us at the store email in the Seller section. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
We protect personal information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires.
